Private or semi-private, personal training is available by appointment with Sifu Robyn. Each session is designed specifically with your needs and goals in mind and there are three factors we will discuss before embarking on private training:

Health and Wellness concerns, including any history of illness, injury or emotional stress that you feel prevents you from reaching your inner goals. Each individual responds differently to the healing process, and that informs the type of movements to be engaged. We select key techniques from a wide range of yoga, qigong and even kenpo movements to help you develop new levels of wellness.

Personal interests and temperament, including movements you love, and movements you hate. Exercise can be boring, painful and even upsetting. We strive to help you find motion that fits your body and inspires your mind. 

Time and money, including how much, how often and how rigorous your engagement will be.

As I age, Qigong is the perfect class for me. Anyone at any age or physical ability can learn and practice it. No special equipment or clothing is needed. It meets me where I am on any given day.
- The in-person class with time for questions, explanations and demonstrations is very helpful.
